AKA NYC is seeking an HR Manager to join the Operations team to help support the fast-paced growth of AKA. Key responsibilities include full cycle recruitment, onboarding, training and development, and general support of HR processes. We are looking for a dynamic individual with 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and general HR administration and who demonstrate a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Reporting to the Head of Talent and Culture, the HR Manager is a full-time exempt position that is based in New York City.
Web Developer Responsibilities Are:
3 - 5 years of recruitment and administration experience or related role (ideally servicing the advertising or marketing industry)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex problems and solutions in a clear and simple manner to a variety of audiences
Ability to build rapport with team members at all levels in the organization
Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring accuracy and precision in tasks and deliverables
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in formulas
Proficiency in analyzing recruitment metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions for process improvement
WHAT WE OFFER:
A competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience
