AKA NYC is seeking an HR Manager to join the Operations team to help support the fast-paced growth of AKA. Key responsibilities include full cycle recruitment, onboarding, training and development, and general support of HR processes. We are looking for a dynamic individual with 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and general HR administration and who demonstrate a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Reporting to the Head of Talent and Culture, the HR Manager is a full-time exempt position that is based in New York City.
Web Developer Responsibilities Are:
- 3 - 5 years of recruitment and administration experience or related role (ideally servicing the advertising or marketing industry)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex problems and solutions in a clear and simple manner to a variety of audiences
- Ability to build rapport with team members at all levels in the organization
- Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring accuracy and precision in tasks and deliverables
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in formulas
- Proficiency in analyzing recruitment metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions for process improvement
